After using the reflective journal for the first time this year, we decided to keep going! The journal has really useful prompts, plenty of inspiration, room to use as a standard diary and a monthly snapshot. Embedding the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island culture and the EYLF is vital and included to help along the way.
Making Adjustments - Meditations on Learning with Children
It will be well used resource in 2025 as children's wellbeing is so important in our present times, along with the importance of self reflection and slowing down.
I honestly cannot wait for the new year to start to get stuck into using this book for our team! The thought provoking questions, links to 8 Ways of Learning and more make it such a useful tool.
These posters are simply fantastic!! a unique and beautiful representation of 'the child' as a competent and capable citizen from birth. Beautiful quality and size, written perfectly from the heart of the child in a way that is simple and easy to understand by the whole community. We love these posters so much that we ordered 3 more sets so that each of our ELC can have a set to share with their children, families and community.
I’ve been searching for a journal/diary that covered all areas and this one is exactly what I needed. It took a lot of time to find you, Inspired EC. I’ll definitely get one in 2025
Bought as a gift for my daughter who is just starting a traineeship in Early Childhood. Not only does it look great but it's full of really helpful information and ideas. It will definitely be very well used
I work with families in playgroups and I am often asked about "why is my child..........." and these posters will be a great resource and an "easy to understand " way to explain schema's to families and how to support their needs and meet them at their developmental level.
In the last few weeks, I've seen quite a number of posts in online early childhood networking groups regarding the placement of educators in rooms for the year ahead.
Now, thousands of educators use our Reflective Journals, but we still have people ask us - how do I use it? how will it benefit me? can I share it with someone else? what's the right one for me?
So, I thought I would try and answer some of those questions by sharing 5 ways to use a reflective journal
We do a lot of printing. In fact, every year between September and January we print over 1000 Reflective Journals. So, we are offsetting our printing through PrintReleaf - we print for you, and they plant trees for us!
To the right is a tracker which shows our printing and the number of trees that have been planted as a result
