Who are we?

Our story began in 2008 when Inspired EC was co-founded by Tash Treveton and Nicole Halton, who had formed an instant connection when they began working together in a preschool room back in 2003.

Our passion lies in nature based education and the importance of play in high quality environments, but what really sets us apart is our approach to working with early childhood professionals. We do not believe that it is up to us, or anyone for that matter, to give all the answers. We pride ourselves on asking the questions and supporting educators to come up with their own answers.

Organisations we have worked with include:

Since our early days in 2008, we have grown our team and continue to find new and inspiring ways to work with educators, services and parents around Australia and Internationally. We now have a team of passionate people who work together to ensure that educators and services have the best training, support, resources and opportunities.

Over the last few years, our schedules have become busier and busier. We have travelled all over Australia as well as to New Zealand, The UK, The USA and Asia. While we love visiting services, we recognise that it is simply not possible to effectively support everyone - particularly those in rural and remote locations and so we are constantly evolving to make our services more accessible, and personal. We know that we will be able to connect with even more educators and families in meaningful ways.
About Us

We look forward to working with you!

Just as we believe that children are competent, capable learners, able to hypothesise, problem solve and create - the same applies to the adults that we are lucky enough to work with. We have always said that our role in our work is not to provide educators and services with "the answers" but to support them to consider their unique context and engage in research, reflective practice and evolve to meet the needs of the children, families and communities in which they work.
