Why did we create this journal?
As nature lovers, we understand the joy of getting outdoors with children. Back in 2005, we started venturing into local bushland with the preschool children we cared for, but sometimes, when we got out there, we weren't sure what to do or how to make it a meaningful part of our program.
We also wanted a way of documenting our explorations with children - something that they could contribute to and hold in their hands.

How is it sustainable?
We print in-house, to order - reducing wastage. Your order will be packed in recycled, recyclable or compostable package (e.g. ugly box, compostable satchel) and we encourage you to re-use the materials (such as string and hex wrap) with the children.
