This inspiring two day conference will unwrap the unique power that we have as Early Childhood educators and will explore the following concepts/streams through keynote presentations, panel discussion and workshops:
Unwrap… Our role as advocates for the rights of children, families, educators and communities.
Unwrap… What is authentic school readiness? How do we prepare children for life? How do we advocate to others for meaningful approaches to obtaining these skills?
Unwrap… How can we support “challenging” behaviour? We will consider what challenging behaviour actually looks like – not just in children, but in the adults in our settings! Unwrap...The importance of effective communication with families – how the connections and relationships that we build with families has the power to inform and transform.
